1. Definitions

1.1 The Association refers to Hidden Rainbow Private Research Association, a private members’ research association operating within the private domain.

1.2 Member refers to any individual who has successfully applied for and been accepted into the Association under one of its membership categories.

1.3 Research Kit refers to any item, device, material, or resource provided to members as part of their membership and private research participation.

2. Nature of the Association

2.1 The Association operates exclusively as a Private Research Members Association within the private domain.

2.2 Membership is voluntary, and participation constitutes agreement to operate privately and outside the public domain.

2.3 The Association exists to provide a platform for:

  • Private research

  • Faith-based and spiritually aligned activities

  • Mutual aid and support

  • Education, information sharing, and skills development

2.4 The Association is not a public service, commercial healthcare provider, or regulated medical organisation.

3. Non-Medical Disclaimer

3.1 The Association, its founders, trustees, and members are not medical professionals, engineers, or technicians.

3.2 Any devices, materials, or research tools provided are not medical devices, treatments, or cures.

3.3 No Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided or implied.

3.4 Members acknowledge that:

  • Any perceived benefits (including pain reduction, inflammation reduction, immune support, sleep improvement, mood support, or athletic recovery) are based on anecdotal evidence only.

  • Results may vary between individuals and animals.

3.5 Members are encouraged to consult qualified medical professionals regarding any health concerns.

4. Donations and No Returns Policy

4. Donations and Conditional Reversal

4.1 All contributions made to the Association are donation-based and support private research activities.

4.2 As a matter of good faith, the Association offers a conditional reversal of a research contribution within 30 days where a participant determines the research kit is not suitable for them.

4.3 Where a research kit has been opened or used beyond a sealed trial format, a £25 recycling and reconditioning contribution may apply to cover professional magnet cleaning and reuse.

4.4 This clause does not constitute a commercial refund or consumer guarantee and operates solely within the private research domain.

5. Membership

5.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who:

  • Align with the aims, spirit, and values of the Association

  • Successfully complete the
    membership application process

5.2 5.2 Membership Categories

  • Founding Members – Participate in meetings and voting

  • Full Members – Vote on research projects and submit research proposals

  • Members – Access research materials and founding documents, and may apply for Full Membership

6. Membership Responsibilities

6.1 Members accept full responsibility for:

  • Their own research activities

  • The use of any research kits or materials

  • Any outcomes arising from participation

6.2 Members agree to act:

  • Respectfully

  • Ethically

  • In alignment with the spirit and aims of the Association

6.3 Each individual is recognised as unique, and no outcomes or experiences are guaranteed.

7. Removal and Resignation

7.1 Trustees reserve the absolute right to remove any member who:

  • Breaches Association rules

  • Acts against the spirit or aims of the Association

  • Brings the Association into disrepute

7.2 Members may resign from the Association at any time, without entitlement to refunds or compensation.

8. Rights and Liabilities

8.1 Members have the right to enjoy the benefits made available within their membership category.

8.2 Members acknowledge that:

  • Participation is at their own risk

  • The Association accepts no liability for personal outcomes arising from private research activities

8.3 Members have access to the Association’s conflict resolution model as a means of remedy within the private domain.

9. Trustees and Governance

9.1 The Association is governed by Trustees, including:

  • Chairman

  • Vice Chairman

  • Treasurer

  • Secretary

  • Any additional roles as designated

9.2 Trustees are elected annually at the AGM.

9.3 Trustees may be removed or replaced in accordance with the Constitution.

10. Meetings

10.1 Meetings are held bi-monthly, primarily online.

10.2 Members may attend according to their membership category and voting rights.

11. Amendments

11.1 These Terms and Conditions may be amended in line with changes to the Association Constitution.

11.2 Amendments will be discussed and voted on by Full Members at a duly convened meeting.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By choosing to participate in the Association, including by accessing the CalmField website, making a research contribution, accepting a research kit, or engaging in any Association activities, you confirm that you:

·      Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

·      Voluntarily choose to participate in private research activities

·     Accept full personal responsibility for your participation and use of any research materials

·      Acknowledge the non-medical, private research nature of the Association

·      Agree to operate within the private domain of the Association

No separate membership application, signature, or written form is required. Participation itself constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Private Association Status

1.1 I acknowledge that Hidden Rainbow Private Research Association operates exclusively as a Private Research Members Association within the private domain.

1.2 I confirm that I am voluntarily applying for membership and choose to associate privately with the Association.

1.3 I understand that this Association is not operating in the public domain.

2. Non-Medical Acknowledgement

2.1 I understand and agree that:

  • The Association is not a medical organisation

  • No medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cures are offered

  • The Association’s founders, trustees, and members are not medical professionals

2.2 Any devices, research kits, materials, or information provided are for private research and educational purposes only.

2.3 Any statements regarding benefits (including pain reduction, inflammation reduction, immune support, sleep improvement, emotional wellbeing, athletic recovery, or animal use) are based solely on anecdotal evidence.

3. Personal Responsibility

3.1 I accept full personal responsibility for:

  • My participation in private
    research

  • My use of any research kits
    or materials

  • Any outcomes resulting from
    my participation

3.2 I understand that each individual is unique and that no outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Donations and No Returns

4.1 I understand that all contributions made to the Association are donations.

4.2 I acknowledge that no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered.

4.3 I understand that a research kit includes membership in the Association.

5. Membership Conduct

5.1 I agree to conduct myself in a manner consistent with:

  • The aims of the Association

  • Mutual respect

  • The private and faith-based nature of the Association

5.2 I understand that Trustees reserve the right to remove any member whose actions go against the spirit or rules of the Association.

6. Confidentiality and Private Domain

6.1 I agree to keep Association activities, materials, and communications within the private domain.

6.2 I understand that Association materials are not to be represented as public, medical, or commercial products.

7. Resignation

7.1 I may resign from the Association at any time.

7.2 I understand that resignation does not entitle me to any refund or compensation.

8. Acceptance by Participation

By choosing to participate in the Hidden Rainbow Private Research Association, including by accessing CalmField research materials, making a research contribution, or engaging in any Association activity, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this Agreement


• Voluntarily accept participation and membership in the Association


• Accept full personal responsibility for your participation and use of any research material


• Acknowledge the non-medical, private research nature of the Association

No signature or separate agreement is required.
Participation itself constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Behaviour & Membership

  • Members are expected to act respectfully and in line with the Association’s aims

  • Trustees may remove members if behaviour goes against the spirit of the Association

  • You can leave the Association at any time

By Becoming a Member, You Agree That:

  • You understand this is private research only

  • You are not receiving medical care

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation
